I think the thing about the first 4 looks, the maker & breaker for me, are the sock/tights & heels/boots. The socks or woolen tights are the absolute perfect colour and just baggy enough. And the shoes are spot on too – the caramel leather and the dirty khaki suede. And the other thing that both appeals & repels – a colour palette that includes camel and bubblegum pink!! Hardly any black to be seen!
Now let’s break down each image and really discuss the fabulousness.
1/ The coat, the check, the colour, the over-the-knee socks and the boots. An outfit I would never expect to love. Not sure I could pull it off, but I love the silhouette, and will definitely be trying a versian this winter.
2/Long sleeve loose sweater dress – absolutely must have. I might try it in Charcoal, and probably black. Teamed with the fur collar – an item I adored all last winter, and will be pulling out again. This outfit could be any every day uniform.
3/This image is more for the colour & texture. I’m not actually saying that I want a crochet dress. I suppose I’m more excited about the camel/pink/grey marle combination.
4/ Once again, I don’t think I’m likely to pull out a candy pink dress. But I love the shape, and the combination of pink dress & grey tights.
