make mine short

well maybe they were made just a little too short (i would have preferred perhaps an extra 2cm on both) but on the whole not bad considering that these were my first attempts at getting clothes made in mexico city….

i bought the 2 shirts from one of the only op shops we could find (apparently op shops are not a done thing in mexico – and the couple of vintage clothing stores actually import the threads from nyc – making them not much cheaper at all) and then took them to a tailor that was around the corner form our language school and tried to instruct to him what i wanted done in my very poor spanish. worked out to be about $20 a top. only problem is that i’ll need to lay off the tacos for a little while and i dare say start doing some tummy crunches so that this tummy won’t offend when wearing these tops….
